Login Issues

A new OKTA login is required to access both our travel advisor portal on our new GOGO website as well as HELiO – our new FIT booking platform. If you have already set this up, it will work for both. Please click the Agent Login button and proceed with entering your new credentials to get started.

If you have not received your OKTA set up email or do not have access to login, please provide your contact and agency information, as well as your selection from the support options available. This information will be used as part of a verification process to provide you with further assistance. By the next business day of your request, you will receive an email from noreply@okta.com. Please be on the lookout for this email and follow the directions provided.
