| DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS |

A. Accepted Forms of Payment GOGO Worldwide Vacations(GOGO) will accept agency check, and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER as valid forms of payment for bookings made through the web site. GOGO Reserves the right to modify this policy based on booking agency status and prior credit approval. B. Payment Policies Bookings made 45 days or more prior to departure require a deposit as determined by the system, 4 days after the booking is made or 45 days prior to departure (which ever comes first). Bookings made using published airfares require immediate deposit. The deposit amount will be determined by the hotel and airfare selected. Published airline tickets will be issued immediately after the required deposit/ payment is posted. Bulk airline tickets will be issued: . based on fare rules and . immediately after required deposit is made and/or . once the deposit is equal or greater than the total airfare plus required land deposit If deposit is not Received by Deposit Due Date, booking will cancel at 11:00 pm EDT. If payment is being made for a deposit or final payment on due date, credit card is the only acceptable form of payment. If a booking is made using published air, credit card is the only acceptable form of payment. All Payments must be received by GOGO in order for Documents TO BE RELEASED. |
| PAYMENT PROCEDURES |

A.Credit Card/UCC's GOGO automatically processes UCC’s. Imprinted/Signed UCC'S should be forwarded to the GOGO First office at the address below. YOUR CLIENT'S THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE WILL APPEAR AS "GOGO TOURS". Please advise clients accordingly. B.Checks Only agency checks will be accepted. C.Mailing Address for Payments by Check You MUST first post payment online and then send check to:

| OVERNIGHT DOCUMENTATION |
| Bookings made less than 14 days prior to departure will be subject to Overnight Documentation of $15.00 (Domestic agents) or $30 (International agents) which will be added to the Total Price. |
| CANCELLATIONS AND REVISIONS |

A.Cancellation Charges Once deposited, the cancellation penalty is 50$ per adult and is subject to any cancellation charges imposed by the hotels chosen in your itinerary. Airline tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. B.Revisions/Modifications
C. Airline Change Fees Change Fees of up to $200 per ticket may apply and vary by carrier and all tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. |
| AIR NOTICE |
| Please be advised that due to the significant increase of fuel cost, all reservations are subject to airline fuel surcharges and or government tax increases without notice. These charges apply to all reservation including those paid in full. Please advise our mutual clients of the possibility of additional collection of these mandatory Airline/ Government Fuel surcharges and taxes. |
| NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE PRICE |

While traveling your clients may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including, but not limited to the following items A-D below:
A. Tipping and Porterage: Our package price does not include porterage at airport and hotels; tips to local representatives, sightseeing guides, restaurant employees, hotel bellmen and chambermaids; wines, liquors, laundry or any other items of a personal nature as well as any items not specifically mentioned within itinerary. Tipping is left to your clients discretion. B. Car, Moped or Scooter Rental: Car rental rates for packages that include a car do not include gasoline, taxes, optional insurance, CDW, underage and additional driver charges or airport charges. These charges are payable to the car rental company directly. C. Local Taxes and Service Charges: Local room tax, energy surcharges and service charges on room and meals are not included unless specified. Taxes and service charges are based on the hotel’s daily room tariff and not on the land package price. Local governments may impose additional taxes including, but not limited to, departure taxes which may not be included in the package price. D. Flight Delays: Airlines are not required by law to pay for en route expenses, meals, hotels, taxis, and phone calls if your clients flight is delayed for any reason. |
| REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES |
| Unused hotel nights are refundable only if they cover a minimum of two consecutive nights and only to the extent that the tour operator receives refund from the hotels, after deducting cancellation charges levied by hotel, if any. Unused transfers and/or sightseeing tours included in the basic tours will only be refunded only to the extent that the tour operator receives a refund from the supplier. To get a prompt refund for unused services, clients must submit to their travel agent written proof from the hotel or other operator that services were unused and are refundable. A copy of the checkout bill will help to expedite the processing of any refund due, if applicable. If no proof is furnished, a refund may be made pending an investigation, which may take up to three months. TO BE ACCEPTED, ALL REFUND CLAIMS MUST BE PRESENTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE TRIP HAS ENDED. All refund claims must be submitted in writing to: GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Suite 500, 440 Franklin Tpke, Mahwah, NJ 07430 ATTN: REFUNDS. GOGO cannot accept faxed refund requests. No refund or adjustment will be made for any changes, cancellations or modifications of services provided in this itinerary, if such changes are made by the tour participant during the tour. Travel agent's commission is not protected on any cancelled or refunded bookings. |
| CAR, MOPED OR SCOOTER RENTAL |
| A valid Driver’s License, major credit card and/or large cash deposit is necessary for car rentals. All countries have a minimum age requirement. Car rental rates for packages that include a car do not include gasoline, taxes, optional insurance, CDW, underage and additional driver charges or airport charges. These charges are payable to the car rental company directly. |
| PARTICIPATING CARRIERS |
| These tours are sold in conjunction with the services of all approved ARC and IATA member carriers. Government regulations now enable air carriers to increase their fares on 24-hour notice. |
| FLIGHT CONFIRMATION |
| We recommend that clients reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier prior to departure. Air travelers are required to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure time and must report to the gate at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the loss of the seat to another passenger. |
| PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP |
| GOGO Worldwide Vacations recommends a valid passport; however, some destinations will accept a birth certificate or certificate of naturalization for U.S. citizens when presented with a photo I.D. However, some destinations now accept passports only. U.S. CITIZENS MAY CONTACT THE U.S. PASSPORT AGENCY IN WASHINGTON DC AT (202) 647-0518 FOR INFORMATION. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what appears on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. Single parents traveling with children, or children traveling alone will require special documentation. MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE TRAVELING TO MEXICO MUST TRAVEL WITH THE CONSENT OF BOTH PARENTS. If a minor is traveling to Mexico with only one parent, the parent must present a notarized letter of consent from the absent parent or a copy of the legal document giving that parent sole custody. If the absent parent is deceased, a copy of the death certificate is necessary. If a minor is traveling to Mexico without legal parents, a notarized letter of consent must be submitted and signed by the legal parents. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION RESULTS IN DENIED BOARDING OR ENTRY. If the client is not a U.S. citizen, GOGO recommends that they check with the consulate of the country they are traveling to for full entry requirements (Visas may be required in addition to passports). All passengers are now required to carry some form of official photo identification. Requirements may change so we recommend that any immigration requirements be verified with the tourist office or consulate before the client travels. |

BOX 507, RAMSEY, NJ 07446-0507 AND/OR THEIR AGENTS AND OFFICES AND/OR SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES PURSUANT TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THESE ITINERARIES SHALL ACT ONLY AS AGENTS FOR THE PASSENGER IN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION, RESTAURANTS, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE AND DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, ACCIDENT OR DELAY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DUE TO AN ACT OF NEGLIGENCE OF, OR DEFAULT OF, ANY HOTEL, CARRIER, RESTAURANT, COMPANY OR PERSON RENDERING ANY OF THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TOUR, OR BY ACT OF GOD. | JURISDICTION |
| All disputes and matters arising under or in connection with, or incident to the responsibilities of GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Inc., shall be submitted for trial without jury in the Federal Court of New Jersey located in Newark, or in the State Courts of New Jersey located in Bergen County. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. |
