Updating your e-mail address:

Your email address can only be registered with ONE agency at a time.  In order to ‘change’ your email address, you must register again with your new address (see “haven’t registered yet” on home page of website).    Once you have registered, you will be able to make bookings under your new profile immediately.  If you have active bookings under your previous email address, please use that profile and continue to make payments and/or changes.  Once the bookings have completed travel, please email us at AUTOMATIONHELP@GOGOWWV.COM and request your old profile be deleted and include your ARC or CLIA number that the address is registered under.

Updating your Travel Agency:

Your email address can only be registered with ONE agency at a time.  If you change agencies, your email address must be deleted from the agency profile and re-registered with your new agency.  Please note - once deleted from the agency profile, you will no longer have access to bookings.  To delete an email address, please email AUTOMATIONHELP@GOGOWWV.COM  and include the ARC/CLIA number you are currently registered under.
